Early bird and full registration rates for EVA London 2018 are listed in the tables below.
Early bird rates are available until Sunday 20th May 2018. The closing date for bookings is Sunday 8th July 2018 at 12:00 pm. No more bookings will be taken after this time.
Concessionary rate apply to retired people as well as students.
For overseas delegates who wish to attend the event please note that BCS do not issue invitation letters.
Refunds/cancellations
A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received within 14 days of the booking date or by 12 pm on Monday 3rd July 2018. Otherwise, name substitutions will be allowed after this date.
