Registering for EVA London 2026
Registration for EVA London 2026 will be open from 12 May 2026 until close to the conference. Online booking will be through Eventbrite. In-person attendance registration will close on 10 July 2026 but online attendance registration will remain open during the conference.
EVA London 2026 is a hybrid event, held both physically at the BCS London office, and online using Zoom. For any special requirements in combining physical and online attendance, presenters should contact Ian Willcock on ian@willcock.org.
With registration, it is possible to order the printed EVA London 2026 proceedings, in full colour, for posting or collection at the conference. Authors will need to pay a modest fee for open-access publication of their papers as well.
Registered delegates will receive Zoom and other links for accessing the conference sessions via email. Information on the EVA London 2026 programme is available online.
There is separate (free) registration for some associated evening events. Note that places for these events may be more limited than for the conference itself, so so attendees are advised to book early if they wish to attend any of them.

For overseas delegates who wish to attend the EVA London Conference, please note that neither EVA London, nor the BCS are able to provide letters of introduction or invitations. We understand that a small number of delegates may require proof of attendance. Physical forms will be available at the conference venue. We try to keep the charges as low as possible, but have to cover our costs. EVA London 2026 fees are similar to those for EVA London 2025.
