Proposing for EVA London 2013

Deadline: 18th January 2013

We invite proposals for a variety of session types: papers, demonstrations, short performances, workshops or panel discussions. Demonstrations and performances are an important part of the conference.
Submit a proposal

We especially invite papers or presentations on topical subjects, and the newest and cutting edge technologies and applications, on any aspect of EVA London's focus on visualisation for arts and culture, heritage and medical science, broadly interpreted.

Only a summary proposal, up to one page (400 words), is required for selection.

If selected, you will be invited to submit a paper for publication. Papers are peer reviewed and may be edited for publication as hard copy and online. Other presentations may be published as summaries or as papers.

There is a reduced registration rate if you are presenting. A few bursaries for EVA London registration fees will again be available if you don't have access to grants.
