Registering for EVA London 2020

Registration for EVA London 2020 is now closed. Online booking was through Eventbrite: https://evanovember2020.eventbrite.co.uk

Note that the delayed EVA London 2020 was entirely online due to the pandemic. We decided to offer free registration the conference in the circumstances. We used Zoom Webinar for the presentations (limited to 500 delegates). Weused Zoom Meeting (limited to 100 delegates) and other technologies for some evening events. With registration, it was possible to order the printed EVA London 2020 proceedings for £40, including postage & packing. We appreciate those who ordered the printed proceedings in the circumstances.

Registered delegates receives Zoom and other links for accessing the conference sessions, specifically for the main conference presentations on the morning (GMT) of Saturday 14 November 2020, so it was recommended to register by the end of Friday 13 November 2020 (GMT). Information on the EVA London 2020 programme is available online.

Information on accessing other evening events and workshops was issued to delegates during the conference. Note that places for these events was sometimes more limited than for the conference itself.

For overseas delegates who wish to attend any EVA London Conference, please note that BCS do not issue invitation letters.
