Registering for EVA London 2019

Registration for EVA London 2019 is now open. Please book online through Eventbrite:

Early bird rates (around 10% discount) are available until Friday 31st May 2019 at 11:30 pm BST (British Summer Time). The closing date for bookings is Sunday 7th July 2019 at 12:00 pm BST. No more bookings will be taken after this time.

A concessionary rate applies to the unemployed and students. Please bring evidence (e.g., a university or other ID card) to show at the registration desk when you attend the conference. A discount is also available for members of the BCS.

For overseas delegates who wish to attend the event please note that BCS do not issue invitation letters.

These are listed on the Eventbrite registration site for 1, 2, 3, and 4 days. Please give the precise days that you wish to attend under “Other Information” on the Eventbrite site.

Bursaries

If you wish to apply for a bursary, please email Graham Diprose on grahamdiprose@gmail.com, including why you cannot obtain funding from any other source. These are limited and by preference are aimed at the unwaged (especially digital artists) and students who are presenting at the conference but who have no other source of funding. The deadline is Friday 17th May 2019 so there is still time for registering at the early bird rate if unsuccessful.

Refunds/cancellations

A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is received within 14 days of the booking date or by 12:00 pm BST on Monday 1st July 2019. Otherwise, name substitutions will be allowed after this date.
