Registering for EVA London 2021

Registration for EVA London 2021 was open from 26 April 2021 until the conference. Online booking was through Eventbrite: https://eva2021.eventbrite.co.uk

Note that EVA London 2021 was entirely online again due to the pandemic. We used Zoom Meeting for the main conference and other technologies for some evening events. With registration, it was possible to order the printed EVA London 2021 proceedings, this year in full colour.

Registered delegates received Zoom and other links for accessing the conference sessions, specifically for the main conference presentations on the morning (BST, UK local time) of Saturday 3 July 2021, so it was recommended to register by the end of Friday 2 July 2021 (BST). Information on the EVA London 2021 programme is available online.

There was be separate (free) registration for some evening events and workshops, which was provided to delegates. Information on accessing other evening events and workshops was issued to delegates before or during the conference. Note that places for these events was sometimes more limited than for the conference itself.

For overseas delegates who wish to attend any EVA London Conference, please note that BCS does not issue invitation letters.
