Thursday 24th October 2024 17:30-19:30: EVA London Committee Meeting (Hybrid)
Monday 28th October 2024: Call for Proposals for EVA London 2025
Wednesday 10th December 2024, 18:00-20:00: CAS AGM, Speaker & Social
Monday 13th January 2025: Deadline for Proposals, Peer Reviewing begins.
NB. Submissions should be in ‘first draft paper format’ as far as possible.
Monday 3rd February 2025: Peer Review Grades Deadline
Monday 10th February 2025: Peer Review Final Comments Deadline
Thursday 13th February 2025 17:30-20:00: Committee meeting Submissions Selection (Hybrid)
Monday 17th February 2025: Proposers notified of the Selection Committee’s decisions
Monday 24th February 2025: Final Deadline for Research Workshop Applications (N.B. If any places are still available. Please apply directly at the earliest opportunity.)
Wednesday 26th February 2025: Decisions announced on successful Research Workshop Applications, if places not previously confirmed
Friday 7th March 2025: Deadline for provisionally accepted submissions
Friday 14th March 2025: Deadline for final submission of Fully Formatted Papers for Proceedings and hand-signed ‘Licences to Publish’ forms (see authors notes)
Thursday 20th March 2025, 17:30-20:00: Committee meeting (Hybrid): Programme Drafting. Confirmation of 2023 Registration and Publishing Fees by Committee
Thursday 27th March 2025: Deadline for submission of formatted Research Workshop papers (either individual short papers or a free combined RW paper)
Monday 7th April 2025: Draft programme published online with all confirmed Registration and Publication Fees

Tuesday 13th May 2025: Main EVA Eventbrite Registration and Publication Fees Payments for Authors and all other Visiting Delegates for EVA London July 2025 opens
Tuesday 13th May 2025: EVA Eventbrite’s for Free Evening Events Launched
Friday 4th July 2025: EVA London 2023 Registration for in-person attendance closes along with ScienceOpen Publishing Fees. (EVA London 2023 Registration for online attendance remains open all conference week)
Monday 7th July 2025: EVA London 2023 Conference opens (Hybrid: In-Person and Online at BCS Moorgate)
Friday 11th July 2025: EVA London Conference 2025 closes
