at EVA London
- EVA London 2024 was a hybrid event, online using Zoom and physically at the BCS London office, from Monday to Friday, 8–12 July 2024. Registration information is also available online. All times in the programme are provided as UK local time (BST – British Summer Time). The following is a summary of the programme:
- Final full conference programme: Five days of presentations on a wide spectrum of themes and topics, with distinguished keynote speakers. This includes:
- Keynote speakers: Daily speakers from Tuesday to Friday in the detailed conference programme.
- Symposium: Chaired by Jonathan Bowen and Tula Giannini, with speakers on the theme of two newly published books on Monday 8 July 2024. There was a book launch in the evening.
- China Day and EVA International China Social Evening (introduced by Terry Trickett) on Tuesday 9 July 2024.
- Research Workshop: Student presentations, chaired by Graham Diprose on Thursday-Friday 11-12 July 2024.
- Presentations were recorded on YouTube. See also the EVA Archive, part of the Computer Arts Archive for earlier conferences.

Evening networking at EVA London
Evenings: There were evening events during 8–11 July 2024 (separate free registration is required for these events; further details were provided to delegates). Evening events (6pm-8.30pm) can be booked free by delegates and non-delegates and were held at the BCS London office:
- Monday 8 July 2024: Books Launch event (separate Eventbrite registration) – books:
- Tuesday 9 July 2024: China Social Evening event with Guangdong University of Technology (separate Eventbrite registration)
- Wednesday 10 July 2024: Lumen Prize Evening (separate Eventbrite registration)
- Thursday 11 July 2024: Research Workshop Delegates ‘Pop Up’ Exhibition (separate Eventbrite registration)

The detailed final EVA London 2024 programme is available as a PDF file, one page per day. The programme was subject to minor changes and revisions depending on the availability of speakers, online vs. physical presentation, technical issues, etc., during the conference.
Note that the EVA London 2024 proceedings is freely available online – see DOI 10.14236/ewic/EVA2024.0 with links to individual papers when available. The proceedings are also be available on DBLP in due course, which is an alternative way to access individual papers. The proceedings was available in full colour in printed form at the conference and by post to those who have ordered them as part of registration, as well as being open access online.
