Registering for EVA London 2025
The registration desk at EVA London 2024
Registration for EVA London 2025 was open from 13 May 2025 until close to the conference (11 July 2025). Online booking was through Eventbrite on https://EVA2025Conference.eventbrite.co.uk. In-person attendance registration ended on 4 July 2024 and online attendance registration remained open during the conference.
EVA London 2025 was a hybrid event, physically at the BCS London office, and online using Zoom Meeting for the main conference and potentially other technologies for some associated events. For any special requirements in combining physical and online attendance, presenters could contact Graham Diprose on grahamdiprose@gmail.com.
With registration, it was possible to order the printed EVA London 2025 proceedings, in full colour, for posting or collection at the conference. Authors needed to pay a modest fee for open-access publication of their papers as well.
Registered delegates received Zoom and other links for accessing the conference sessions, specifically for the main conference presentations, via email. Information on the EVA London 2025 programme is available online.
There was separate (free) registration for some associated evening events. Note that places for these events may be more limited than for the conference itself, so so attendees was advised to book early if they wished to attend any of them.

For overseas delegates who wished to attend any EVA London Conference were advised that BCS does not issue invitation letters. We understand that a small number of delegates may require proof of attendance. Physical forms were available at the conference venue. In case of issues with EVA London Conference registration or ordering the EVA London 2025 proceedings, delegated were also advised to email Kerry Wear at the BCS on Kerry.Wear@bcs.uk.
Registration costs
We try to keep the charges as low as possible, but to cover our costs. EVA London 2025 costs were similar to those for EVA London 2024.
Some evening events had free separate registration through Eventbrite and needed to be booked separately to attend these (see above).
